I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this resort. The location was stunning, and the staff was friendly, but there were significant issues with the management and services. The lack of communication affected my overall enjoyment, especially not being able to access the beach directly from the hotel. While the room was nice, the amenities and dining options left a lot to be desired, and it felt like a disappointment for the price I paid.
