I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this resort. The location was stunning, and the staff was friendly, but there were significant issues with the management and services. The lack of communication affected my overall enjoyment, especially not being able to access the beach directly from the hotel. While the room was nice, the amenities and dining options left a lot to be desired, and it felt like a disappointment for the price I paid.

My stay at the resort was quite disappointing. While the views were beautiful, I felt trapped due to limited access to the beach and poor communication throughout my stay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to properly address requests, which was frustrating. Overall, I expected more from a place that advertised all-inclusive amenities, yet they failed to deliver any activities or satisfactory service.

Dining was consistently subpar, leaving me searching for meals outside the resort. Overall, while there were a few redeeming qualities, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

On the bright side, the staff at the pool area were entertaining, and internet access, although at a high price, is available. I wouldn’t suggest returning any time soon.
